What you'll do

• Leveraging Confluence and Jira, you create and maintain clear documentation for our end-to-end processes

• Across DMS, Viva Engage and our intranet, you help to design, update and manage training and communication assets while nurturing our communities

• From logistics to action tracking, you assist in the coordination of collaboration events and ensure outcomes are captured and followed up

• With an experimentation mindset, you lead small, self-contained service projects to pilot innovative solutions (e.g. AI pilots) that benefit the team

• In close partnership with the Service Excellence & Transformation team, you support day-to-day tasks that improve process clarity and knowledge sharing

Who you are

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program like Business, Industrial Engineering, Information Management or a related field, you bring a solid academic foundation

• As you are fluent in English you communicate clearly and translate complex processes into simple, usable content

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word, is something you bring to the table for your daily tasks and ideally you have experience with Jira or Confluence

• You take ownership and follow through without needing constant guidance because of your structured, detail-oriented and proactive traits

• Energized by teamwork in an international environment, you would be happy to take part in small projects and contribute your ideas
