What you'll do

• Drawing on behavioral data and industry best practices (e.g. Baymard Institute), you will help to identify usability bottlenecks on knauf.com and recommend conversion-focused improvements
• You will assist in designing and iterating UX concepts (e.g. user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes) for web and mobile while contributing to the design system and component library
• To strengthen information architecture and content, you will support by creating sitemaps, auditing navigation and labeling, and optimizing paths for key tasks and micro-conversions
• Working closely with UX/UI designers, BOs, POs and CX managers, you will capture workshop notes, prepare presentations and document decisions and specifications for a smooth handoff

Who you are

• With a study in Human Computer Interaction, UX/UI, Psychology, Information Systems or a related field, you bring a solid foundation
• You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Besides your proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) you have experience using Figma and Miro
• You collaborate effectively with UX/UI, BOs, POs and CX managers, demonstrating teamwork, empathy and clear stakeholder communication
