What you'll do

• Define the roadmap and KPIs for our social media strategy, aligning channel roles with Digital Marketing priorities and measurable business outcomes
• Own reporting, social listening, and performance insights, to continually optimize, prove impact, and drive growth
• Lead agencies and creators to craft standout content, act as the final quality gate, and bring bold ideas from concept to launch
• Evolve our channel mix, formats, and workflows to ensure a customer-first experience across paid, owned, and earned social touchpoints
• Act as a bold first mover, spot emerging trends and platforms, test innovative formats, and set the standard for the industry

Who you are

• A proven B2B social strategist for larger enterprises, with case studies showing impact across reach, engagement, and pipeline influence
• Analytical and commercially minded, comfortable diving into data to uncover insights and converting them into actionable plans
• A creative storyteller with a sharp eye for craft, platform trends, and what “great” looks like for brand-safe, thumb-stopping content
• Experienced leading agencies and cross-functional projects end to end, from precise briefs to on-time delivery and rigorous post-mortems
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and clear in English communication (German a plus), energized by building and scaling programs from zero to one
