What you'll do

• In order to promote global knowledge sharing, you will document processes and best practices in a clear and structured manner
• You will assist the Sales Excellence team in creating attractive and impactful assets to enable sales users effectively
• Preparing process design workshops and processing user feedback will be part of your tasks to ensure continuous improvement
• By engaging with stakeholders across our Knauf regions you will help to foster collaboration and alignment

Who you are

• Currently you are pursuing an advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
• A strong analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with processes are qualities that describe you well
• You are excited to learn about Sales Excellence and contribute to global initiatives in an international company within the construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word, is something you bring to the table for your daily tasks and a plus would be experience with Jira or Confluence
• Your excellent English skills, both written and verbal, allow you to communicate effectively with global stakeholders
