What you'll do
- Lead and execute the global rollout of sales programs and digital tools, driving transformation across Knauf markets worldwide
- As a part of global rollout team, be responsible of business process consultation and training of CPQ solution (configure-price-quote) in Salesforce, embedded in the core of Knauf digital ecosystem
- Act as a trusted advisor to Knauf regions, fostering global mindset, process adherence, digital transformation, and change towards sales excellence
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders across all management levels, driving impactful change management and empowering Knauf business entities, while working closely with cross-functional teams of Business and IT to deliver successful rollouts and transformative solutions
- Drive impactful adoption of sales excellence initiatives, achieving defined KPIs and measurable business outcomes
Who you are
- You hold a degree in business or computer science and excel at aligning sales processes with organizational goals to drive impactful results
- Experienced in business/IT consulting or rollout management, with a proven ability to navigate complex, global environments
- Your proven expertise in Salesforce, CRM systems, sales and quotation processes makes you a key player in optimizing business operations
- You bridge the gap between technology and business, thriving in international, cross-functional teams to enable transformative success
- Fluent in English, you foster collaboration, inspire teams, and champion ambitious change on a global scale
