What you'll do

• A main task will be to assist in the creation of training materials, such as e-learning modules, click guides, videos, presentations, and other resources
• You administer and maintain the training platform and support key users, ensuring the trainings are uploaded following the global guidelines
• Through your aid with generating regular reports training data can be analyzed
• By collaborating with the team you conceptualize and execute communication plans and training initiatives
• Across functional teams you provide general support for enablement, change activities and projects

Who you are

• You are enrolled in an advanced Bachelor's or Master's program, and initial experience with learning management systems, content creation tools and analytic platforms is considered beneficial
• A passion for crafting textual/visual content and working with data and your capability to work independent, structured and adaptable describe you
• Your proficiency in Microsoft Office helps you complete your tasks with excellence
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, ensures effective communication with your colleagues
