What you'll do

• Collaborate with our Global Process Owner Data, Local Admins, and Entity Data Stewards of Knauf businesses worldwide to ensure master data integrity and quality
• Oversee operative data management processes, including duplicate cleansing and data import
• Work with Global Process Owners, Transformation Managers, Legal, and Master Data Stakeholders to streamline data processes
• Partner with IT Service Owner and IT Operations team to elevate joint processes and communication
• Advise our Transformation Managers and global community of Local Admins and Data Stewards on user setup, GDPR compliance, master data topics, and reporting

Who you are

• Have hands-on experience in a similar role, demonstrating success and strategic thinking
• Familiar with Salesforce and SAP is a plus and possess exceptional proficiency in Office365, especially MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of CRM relevant user, legal, and data domains, particularly customer and product data
• Solid understanding of GDPR and common data management concepts to ensure compliance and best practices
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across the organization
