What you'll do

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights, understand user needs, behaviors, and identify pain points.
• Transform user needs into detailed flows, prototypes, and designs that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience across different platforms.
• Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests to refine designs and enhance user experiences.
• Present and explain design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and advocating for best UX practices.

Who you are

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a bonus.
  
• An accomplished UX designer (m/f/d) with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs and a history of impactful projects.
• Passionate about creating digital solutions for the construction industry and proficient in design tools like Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD.
• Skilled in conducting user research and usability tests, turning insights into improved designs.
• Thrive in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English; knowledge of German or other languages is a plus.
