What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive market research and surveys within the construction industry across our active countries, analyzing trends and competitive landscapes.
• Understand and document local differences in construction laws, standards, BIM mandates, and processes in planning and construction execution.
• Collaborate with our UX/UI-expert to conduct in-depth discovery sessions with customers and stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their processes, needs, and challenges.
• Translate insights from discovery sessions into detailed business requirements that accurately reflect the needs of construction professionals and projects and support Product Owner in breaking down business requirements into manageable product initiatives.
• Identify cross-national patterns and similarities to develop a universal framework for action, supporting product development with these findings as a construction domain expert.

Who you are

• Proficiency in conducting market research and trend analysis within the construction industry.
• Willingness to learn and create deep understanding of construction laws, standards, BIM mandates, and processes.
• Equipped with good foundation in data analytics, enabling to drive data-driven product development.
• Experience translating insights into detailed business requirements and supporting product initiatives and ready to prioritize product backlogs, with a proven ability to use Jira workflows effectively.
• An excellent communicator and natural team player who thrives in cooperative environments and contributes to a positive team dynamic.
