Digital Transformation Associate (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during digital transformation initiatives.
- Further drive the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required to leverage new digital tools and technologies, by collaborating with subject matter experts & external partners to steer development of training materials, modules and resources.
- Collaborate with responsible on regional levels to ensure training strategy is followed on regional and local level worldwide, monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and make adjustments as necessary to optimize learning outcomes.
- Execute the communication strategy and further develop the communication concept to keep stakeholders informed about the progress, impact, and benefits of digital transformation initiatives.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters, presentations, and intranet updates, to communicate key messages and foster buy-in from employees.
Who you are
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred), showcasing academic excellence.
- Demonstrate a track record of successful project management, particularly in change management, training, and communication.
- Possess a strong grasp of digital technologies, especially within Digital Marketing, indicating a tech-savvy mindset.
- Excel in interpersonal communication, adept at engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, adept at conveying complex concepts with clarity and conciseness.
