Customer Portal Manager (m/f/d)

What you'll do
- Define and prioritize the strategic roadmap for the myKnauf customer portal, collaborating with program managers, product owners, and markets to align on business goals and customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for understanding and analyzing business requirements from markets, ensuring these are effectively translated into the portal's features and functionalities.
- Collaborate within the Digital Marketing Platform team, working closely with UX specialists, content strategists, product owners, and CX experts to deliver impactful features and services.
- Report to the Sr. Manager of the Digital Marketing Platform team, playing a crucial role in creating a seamless customer experience from knauf.com into the login area.
- Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and decision-making.
Who you are
- A seasoned expert in crafting and executing digital roadmaps and strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement, with a strong background in commercial and digital projects.
- Skilled at thoroughly analyzing and translating business requirements into actionable digital initiatives, ensuring they meet strategic and operational goals.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading customer-focused digital projects from inception to completion.
- Preferably experienced in digital marketing, with a deep understanding of how digital platforms engage and retain customers; experience in defining customer data and relationship strategies is a plus.
- Results-driven and proactive, with a knack for tackling problems and making decisions that advance the business in a dynamic digital landscape.
